For only the second time ever, Bruce Springsteen played “Queen of the Supermarket” live and it was at the Ottawa show on Friday night. Carolyn Ouellette, a Sobey’s employee, brought the sign you can see at Bruce’s feet asking him to play the song. Since his band didn’t know it he brought out the acoustic guitar and worked through it himself, dropping in a reference to Sobey’s along the way.
