4 bags per household is fair? Irregardless of how many persons are in the household?
Why can I not trade in my blue and black boxes for larger ones? Is someone making money here? As it is I fill both both weeks.
Why is my green bin not emptyed January and Febuary? They must have known the stuff in there would be frozen solid.

Hey Steven, “irregardless” is not a word… You are thinking of “regardless”… Now that we have that out of the way I think that 4 bags every 2 weeks and regular pick up during the hot summer months is very fair.
