Pink Floyd is suing their record label.  The band's lawyer has begun proceedings against EMI, saying the dispute is over their entitlement to royalties and how those royalties are calculated now, in the new digital age of music.  Pink Floyd's lawyer, Robert Howe, said in court "both parties were faced with a whole new world of potential exploitation," in reference to the changes in the way music is being distributed since the band's last contract in 1999.
