WATCH: Italians Sing From Balconies As Country Observes National Lockdown

Italian citizens sing from their balconies amid national coronavirus lockdown.

With over 24,000 confirmed cases, Italy is one of the worst affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. The virus has already resulted in nearly 2,000 deaths. The country is now under national lockdown until April 3. Everything from schools and universities to museums, football matches, and cinemas have been closed due to the virus. With that in mind, many have turned to music.
