Randall’s Rant: Who Viciously Attacks a Defenseless Senior Citizen?

Ottawa police arrest two men in the vicious daylight beating of a senior citizen. 74 year old Morty White was left with a broken nose, broken ribs, fractured pelvis, black eyes and swelling on the back of the head. He could have been died. There is no known motive. Police say it was a random attack. What does this say about today's society?
