Canadian Music Week has officially postponed its event for 2020.

The yearly music festival was originally set to take place May 19-23 but postponed to September due to COVID-19. Unfortunately, CMW has now been forced to push the event to next year.

Organizers said, “it has become apparent that – at this point in the public health emergency – September represented too many unavoidable obstacles.”

While the 38th annual CMW has been postponed to 2021, no official dates have been set. Organizers are waiting until we have a better timeline with regard to the current pandemic.

All ticketed events will be refunded and wristbands will be honoured for the new 2021 dates.
